Welcome to the Official Home Page of the Royal Logistic Corps Port and Maritime Association. The Port and Maritime Association is an organization established to provide for the continued comradeship and social contact of members and ex-members of British units responsible for Port and Maritime Trades Aim The aim of the association is to: a. Provide continuing comradeship focus for serving and ex members of the Port and Maritime trades b. Identify, and where possible, provide a route into the RLC Benevolence fund for members who have fallen onto difficult times. Membership Full membership is available to all officers and soldiers who are serving or have served with the Regiment or its forebears. In addition retired former members of the RLC and the forming Corps regardless of rank are welcome to join as long as you have served within the Port and Maritime environment. Subscriptions Subscription to the Association will be £10 per year made payable to “Central Bank 17 Port and Maritime Regiment RLC” by 31 March each calendar year. AGM The first Annual General Meeting will take place in the Warrant Officers and Sergeant’s Mess, McMullen Barracks, Marchwood, on the 17th May 2008 at 1600hrs. This will be followed in the evening by a social get together in the Falklands Islands function room, consisting of live entertainment and a BBQ. A letter of intent towards the function will be sent out in due course. Committee The committee for the association will be formed and voted on during the AGM. This will run to an agenda on the day.
